Shipping policy

   Getting your order to you safely is our top priority here at PearlHouse. All orders are packed in 100% post recycled, compostable materials. The tape on our packages is fully recyclable. Boxes are reinforced and well packed. Beginning January 2026 all packages for orders over $150, with the exception of USPS PO Boxes, will be shipped with UPS. Under $150 orders will ship with USPS. Orders are insured with shipping carriers. 

   Orders take an average of 2 weeks to be processed and shipped. Shipping wait can go from 1-4 weeks depending on our travel situation. We can not offer rush order. We travel and inventory is kept in a separate safe location during these times. Please email us with your order number at any time for an update on your order’s shipping status. 

   Made to Order takes 2-6 weeks to be produced, followed by the above shipping and processing time. Please allow ample time when making your order. For best results order 2-3 months prior to your event date. 

   Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. This email is sent to the email on file with your order. 

   We are no longer responsible for the item(s) in your package after they have shipped. Damage or loss of package by the shipping company must be taken up with that company. We can not replace or refund any stolen, damaged or lost packages.

   If the purchaser gives the wrong mailing address and the package is returned to our studio the original purchaser will be responsible for paying a $7 return shipping fee and supplying a correct address.
