Place your order for this deposit to secure your appointment for a custom consultation. Deposit is non-refundable, under any circumstance. Once you place an order for this deposit, email us within 7 days to begin your order for a custom piece. Once 7 days have passed from the day the deposit order was placed, the order will be canceled and another deposit order must be made to have an appointment. Payment for customs is expected to be paid 100% in full at time of order. We offer payment plans through ShopPay. Not paying immediately during your appointment will result in cancellation of your order. Your deposit will not be refunded.
